Make all the flowers bloom in this Lights Out inspired puzzler! If you don't know how Lights Out works, the premise is that when you toggle a light, it toggles all neighbouring lights as well. Your job is to get all the lights to turn off without going over par. Test your skill with three categories of randomly generated puzzles!
